Hello, I’m Mara, sound practitioner, spoken word poet, and your hype woman for healing. I offer unique sound experiences combining spoken-word mantras, beats, and sound healing for relaxation and empowerment. My services include group sound baths, private sound healing sessions, workshops, retreats, and custom wellness experiences in Bend, Oregon and throughout Central Oregon.

These aren’t your average sound baths, and that's the whole point. Each gathering begins with bold beats, gentle movement, and empowering handwritten mantras and poetry created specifically for the experience and awakening the body to release, reset, and receive.

From there, we'll settle into a deeply restorative sound bath meditation with crystal singing bowls, gongs, chimes, and other resonant instruments that create powerful vibrational healing. 

Blending the energy of sound and spoken word, I curate one-of-a-kind experiences designed to support nervous system regulation, reflection, and full-body exhale with just the right amount of edge to help you reconnect with your power.
